Explosives
TRINITROTOLUENE (TNT)
High explosive intended for assembly of ammunitions as well as for production of ammonites. It can also be used directly to perform industrial blasting operations at temperatures of the environment from minus 50° C to 70° C in open sites with hard and very hard rocks and in water-filled boreholes.
VIA 2000 Ltd. has an installation for grinding and separation of trinitrotoluene (TNT), extracted from ammunitions. We produce TNT in powder and grains with dimensions of the particles 4 mm, 8 mm and 15 mm.
Coarse dispersed ammonite 70/30 DT
A mechanical mixture of granular ammonium nitrate and trinitrotoluene (TNT). The explosives is intended for industrial blasting in open areas, in conditions without hazards of methane gas and coal dust, in dry and wet blast holes at temperatures of the environment from minus 10°С to 40 °С.
Detonating cord
Means for initiation, intended for initiation and transmission of detonation in high explosives, in open and underground sites, in conditions without hazards of methane gas and coal dust. It is produced in various modifications depending on the explosive content (PETN) in one linear meter – for example 8 g/m, 10 g/m, 12 g/m, 20 g/ m etc.
ANFO
Explosive based on porous ammonium nitrate mixed with diesel fuel. ANFO is suitable for use in dry blast holes, in conditions without hazards of methane gas and coal dust, in open and underground areas, at temperature of the environment of minus 30 ° C to 50 ° C.
Ammonite
Mixture of powder trinitrotoluene and ammonium nitrate. Intended for blasting in open and underground areas, in dry and wet blast holes.
Permissible explosives
Intended for mines, in conditions hazardous of methane gas and coal dust.
CAST BOOSTERS - VIABOOST
Intermediate detonator consisting of TNT,RDX/PETN for initiation with non-electric system.
PRESSED TNT BOOSTERS
Detonator of pressed TNT. It is initiated by electric, non-electric detonators and detonating cord. Intended for open and underground sites in mines and quarries, in conditions without hazards of methane gas and coal dust.
Non-electric system for initiation
The system consists of in-hole detonators and surface connecting elements. It is intended for the initiation of intermediate detonators and explosive charges during blasting operations in open and underground areas in dry and wet conditions at temperature of the environment from minus 35 ° C to 50 ° C.
